FOUND: At TOYS 'R US, 2 1:18 scale 76 Gran Torinos, 1 deep red, 1 Silver. Made by ERTL.

There is a Starsky and Hutch model made by ERTL as well.

Got this terrific DVD display rack.  Quite rare.  Its about 6 feet tall!
